Summary:

  • Position Type: Part Time

  • Responsibilities: The Financial Aid Assistant will support the Financial Aid Office with the following:

    • Answer phone calls

    • Meet with students to guide students through the financial aid application process

    • Process student forms using the College's system

    • Assist with the completion of verification files

    • Other duties as assigned

  • Requires occasional work on Saturdays and attendance at student Financial Aid workshops.

  • Location: Primarily based at the Bethlehem Campus (75%) with regular responsibilities at the Pocono Campus located in Tannersville, PA (25%).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of an Associate degree required

  • Skills:

    • Strong customer service orientation

    • Ability to work as part of a team

    • Professional demeanor when working with staff, faculty, students, and their families

    • Demonstrated flexibility

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
