Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing Talent Acquisition staff and system-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives. Responsible for all full-time, part time, flexipool and temporary hiring. The Manager will lead the operational framework for system Talent Acquisition strategy, providing strategic programs and policies to drive contemporary Talent Acquisition practices. This position serves as an influential advisor who understands evolving business contexts, stakeholder expectations, and translates them into innovative recruitment strategies/processes. Talent Manager will influence outcomes and communicate closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Consultants, & Specialists by sharing best practices and using a customer-focused approach to understanding needs of hiring leaders. They will oversee the effective attraction, screening, selection, and development of a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies. Effectively maintain confidentiality and operate with efficiency/integrity within a rapidly changing environment. Drive organizational dedication, accountability and deliver operational excellence.

We are looking for someone with a strong executive presence, high volume capacity, strategic/creative thinking, and ability to motivate others. Someone with high energy to drive change as you will directly oversee the ambulatory recruiters for SMG and the director on process improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Certification/Licensure

  • HR Certification (preferred)

Experience

  • 3 years leadership experience.
  • 5 years recruitment experience.
  • Physician and advanced practice recruitment experience (preferred)
