SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This senior, field-based role is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth for assigned portfolios. This position develops and executes enterprise-level account strategies, builds long-term relationships with clinical reference laboratories, diagnostic developers and manufacturers, academic research medical centers, and public health organizations to align customer needs with Streck's products. This professional role will collaborate with Business Segment Director and Chief Commercial Officer to ensure all internal resources have been deployed to ensure full account satisfaction and collaborate with cross-functional core teams to meet evolving customer and market needs and requirements.
This role will also be responsible for deploying strategies with expert knowledge of competitive and industry-related information to confidentiality represent Streck and its products and services to illustrate our competitive edge and our mission is to make the world healthier, safer, and more productive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

1.Identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships with reference laboratories, diagnostic developers and manufacturers, academic medical centers, and public health organizations to align Streck's products to evolving needs and requirements.
2.Position Streck's product solutions as integral to various diseases, cell therapy, medical solutions, and strategic partners.
3.Lead account strategy, opportunity development, and pipeline management to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
4.Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments with external and internal partners to engage and guide decision making conversations and strategies.
5.Leads sales and strategic account teams by providing, coaching, trainings, and performance management.
6.Partner with key stakeholders with current or potential partners to understand their corporate strategy then collaborate internally to deliver tailored solutions to ensure customer success.
7.Collaborate with Business Segment Director to maximize relationships, drive growth and market attainment to meet organizational strategic goals.
8.Partner with Business Segment Directors to provide voice-of-customer insights to shape product innovation and strategic direction.
9.Connect with strategic customers and internal assigned sales members to initiate sales discussion.
10.Collaborate, as needed, with internal members for special request meetings with strategic accounts to maximize relationships, resolve concerns, enhance sales strategies, and other important business needs.
11.Maintain, enhance, and evolve expertise on regulatory requirements and market dynamics that are impacting healthcare to anticipate future needs and requirements for our customer and demonstrate the value, strength, and commitment that Streck products will provide to its customers.
12.Provide key insights into Streck products and services along with industry information to confidently promote and articulate technical differentiators and value propositions of our products to executive stakeholders to ensure long-term customer relationships and market positioning.
13.Attend trade shows, conferences, customer events, and territory sales events with Account Executive teams to facilitate additional relationships with key accounts while promoting Streck products and services.
14.Complete other job duties as assigned by leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, science, or related field; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
*Ten years of strategic partnership, enterprise sales, or business development experience in healthcare or science-related industry required.
*Demonstrated expertise in leading sales and strategic account teams.
*Strong understanding of diagnostics industry workflows and protocols.
*Previous professional, demonstrated experience with key strategic account relationships and / or territory management through strong performance, evolving sales strategies, and guiding multiple decision makers.
*Strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
*Strong business acumen with technical product sales to showcase complex selling strategies, negotiations, or account enhancements while educating other sales team members on strategic techniques and strategies.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
*Knowledge of general clinical laboratory operations and procedures with the applicable knowledge of how Streck's products perform in the laboratory environment.
*Sales hunting mindset coupled with entrepreneurial spirit skills to find new ways to grow, enhance, or evolve key account relationships and sales team members to meet company's strategic goals.
*Sales leadership skills, developing, coaching, and performance management of sales personnel, setting sales targets and territory design.
*Confidence in leading sales conversations, guiding decision makers through the buying journey, and professionally addressing objections with data and facts.
*Experience in building credibility with customers by leveraging strong industry knowledge and insight to lead and drive value-driven dialogue, negotiate sales close, and understanding customer needs.
*Ability and skill with technology tools to accelerate growth with proficiency in Microsoft 365, business intelligence and social media tools, and research gather tools and platforms.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT/TRAVEL DEMANDS:
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work). Travel demands for this position are estimated up to >40%. If travel is required, this travel may include customer visits, events/trade shows, and completion of presentations primarily throughout Domestic US or International regions. Employees must comply with all travel recommendations regarding "safe travel" according to company policies and guidelines, and all federal, state, local, and international orders.

**PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Light work exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This also includes standing for up to two and a half hours consecutively, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, stooping, fingering, and grasping. Expressing and receiving detailed information through written and oral communication. Also has an ability to make sound, appropriate, and prompt decisions within the guidelines of the role.
