Confidential POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Alutiiq Integration & Repair, LLC (AIR) has a dynamic opportunity for a Site Supervisor responsible for the management and oversight of all contractor personnel engaged in the inspection, maintenance, and handling support of designated Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the 575th AMXS at JBSA-Randolph AFB. The Site Supervisor is fully responsible for the management and oversight of all contractor personnel in accordance with the basic and optional requirements, including assigning workloads to support the non-personal services element of the contract, as well as performing oversight, direction, and control of contract personnel. The Site Supervisor ensures timely completion of all assigned tasks and delegates work based on employee skill sets, verifying that contract employees are properly trained and available for assigned duties. Additionally, the Site Supervisor is responsible for receiving and distributing work requirements, reporting accidents and incidents, attending required meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for coordination with Government supervision and management. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent.
