HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM Top Skills You Should Possess: LPN, EMT, or Paramedic What You'll Be Doing: Time spent on the warehouse floor engaging with the team members Well -being walks (at least one hour per day) (building trust and engagement with the employees(known as Team members(TM) and leadership) 80% administrative work Workman's Comp, filing, data entry into multiple platforms, sending out reports, etc. 10% patient care Educating employees on personal medical Ex: High Blood pressure, Diabetic concerns Workers Compensation- for all work-related injuries Frequent communication with the site leadership team Ensuring the team is well-informed about their employees Post incident drug screens and Hearing tests What You Need to Bring to the Table: EMT certification, then complete an accredited paramedic education program Pass the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Paramedic Graduate from an accredited LPN program and pass the NCLEX-PN national licensing exam. Two or more years' experience preferred, ER or Occupational Health preferred Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR/AED What's In It for You?
