Infor is hiring a strategic executive to lead its Compass Global Professional Services (GPS) organization. The VP will be accountable for the global P&L for all Compass-related consulting and application managed services activities. This includes both direct leadership and close cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment, working with regional and functional stakeholders - across services, support, product, and sales - to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the GPS and Compass strategy, combining delivery execution, services innovation and commercial performance. You will report directly to the EVP Global Professional Services and participate in the GPS global leadership team.

Compass is an Infor business unit, created in the summer of 2021, as an all-inclusive team of 2,000+ employees covering Product Development and Innovation, Customer Experience and Support, Global Professional Services and Sales & Marketing. A day in the life typically includes:

  • Own the P&L for all Compass-related consulting and managed services activities, ensuring revenue and margin growth and delivery excellence.
  • Drive services sales in collaboration with Client Partners and Inside Sales teams, and lead the implementation of new services offerings to support new business models and changing customer needs.
  • Provide direct leadership to regional delivery teams, ensuring the delivery of operational goals, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • In addition, operate effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with the general management and services leaders of Compass Independent Business Units (IBU), as well as cross-capability teams to drive customer outcomes and scale shared initiatives
  • Maintain financial and operational oversight, including forecasting, reporting and margin optimization.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the Compass organization, ensuring alignment on Compass and GPS goals and adherence to Infor's global processes and governance.
  • Be an active member of the GPS leadership team, contributing to global initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be an experienced Executive Leader in professional services or consulting, within the enterprise software industry, having worked at VP or Senior Director level.
  • Be transformative, with a history of developing new revenue streams.
  • Have P&L ownership experience - $50M+.
  • Experience in both ERP delivery and application managed services.
  • Experience operating within a matrix organization, working across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Have cross collaboration skills, being able to influence colleagues at every level.
  • Experience in services sales, project management and customer relationship management across multiple industries and application landscapes, with a track record of leading transformation initiatives or launching new services
