ResponsibilitiesDrive AI-Powered UX InnovationDesign and deliver intelligent user experiences that simplify and accelerate everyday tasks across Windows Shell surfaces like the Start Menu and Taskbar.Translate Customer Insights into StrategyUse telemetry, sentiment analysis, and direct customer engagement to uncover unmet needs and shape product direction through the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework.Lead Cross-Functional ExecutionCollaborate across product, engineering, design, research, and data teams. Guide scenario walkthroughs and golden configurations to identify friction points and ensure smooth delivery.Influence at the Highest LevelsPresent confidently in executive forums, secure alignment and investment, and champion your product vision. Mentor peers and foster clarity across teams.Communicate with ImpactCraft compelling narratives that connect product strategy to customer value.
