We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for first-line employee relations issues, employee requests, and participate in various HR-related projects and tasks. Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • As an expert in Epson's policies and procedures, provides guidance to employees and managers regarding work-related problems and employee relations issues and escalates to HR Manager as necessary
  • Completes all transactional processes to ensure all employee actions are completed timely and accurately
  • Escalates work-related problems and employee relations issues to HR Manager
  • Provides analysis of current practices and suggestions for improvement when necessary for any of the above areas of responsibilities
  • Under limited supervision, supports the business in one, or more, of the following human resources related responsibilities:
    • Benefits and benefit administration
    • Leave of absence administration
    • Compensation
    • HRIS
    • Onboarding & Orientation
    • Relocation
    • Training
    • Terminations
    • Worker's compensation
    • Safety/OSHA
    • Performance management
    • Human Resources related projects
    • Other tasks under the Human Resources scope

Qualifications

  • Requires previous experience in a Human Resources role (2+ years)
  • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Background in employee relations strongly preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $75,000 and $90,000/yr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
