The Revenue Capture Specialist supports the Revenue Integrity division with efforts to identify and communicate revenue improvement opportunities and performance for hospital accounts receivable. The Revenue Capture Specialist is responsible for performing charge capture audits, resolves billing and charging issues, stays abreast of all billing compliance regulations, provides education to clinical and billing staff and acts as a subject matter expert on revenue integrity projects.

  Position: Revenue Capture Specialist
  Shift: Day Shift. Remote. With occasional in-office presence as needed (local to Newtown Square)
  
  Experience:
  5-8 years hospital industry experience required, i.e., Charge Description Master maintenance, revenue cycle, coding and billing background preferred.
  
  Education:
  High School of GED required. Bachelor*s Degree in applicable health care field preferred.
  
  Licensures/Certifications:
  *CCA, CCS, COC or equivalent required within 3 yrs of hire.
  *Epic certification(s) preferred.
