RESPONSIBILITIES



Demonstrate personal proficiency of aseptic technique with minimal supervision while working in Grade D/C cleanrooms and Grade A filler/isolators

Demonstrate ability to consistently clean and sanitize clean rooms to levels required and measured by the quality microbiology department

Demonstrate ability to consistently clean and sanitize production equipment and assets through manual or automated means which include hand wiping, clean in place, steam in place, or other mechanisms of cleaning

Actively participate in general area housekeeping and stocking of consumable supplies; keeping simple inventories and cycle counts of consumables

Seek out and identify opportunities related to the maintenance, calibration, and improvement of company facilities, equipment, and procedures

Perform other duties as required by supervisor




REQUIREMENTS


AA Degree in technical area and 0-2 years relevant industry experience as determined by management

Basic computer skills

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to perform calculations when supplied with the equation.

Thorough understanding of all general lab glassware

Basic understanding of system controls and data logging software

There will be requirement to complete respiratory medical clearance, a respirator fit test, vision exam and hazardous chemical exposure questionnaire

The roles will go to different shifts - they will start out Monday-Friday, 7AM to 4PM then will split to one of three shifts: (rotation)

Sunday through Wednesday 6AM to 5PM,

Wednesday through Saturday, 6AM to 5 PM

or Monday through Friday, 3 PM to midnight
