Description

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2026 Investor Relations & Finance Intern to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Finance team to support both strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement efforts. You'll be exposed to real estate investment and financial processes, capital fundraising strategies, institutional investor research, and financial analysis.

Position Specifics:



  • Full-time during Summer 2026
  • Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Investor Relations:

    • Maintain and manage investor portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Track capital calls for new developments and assist with fund offering logistics.
    • Support the creation of customized investor presentations for prospective investors.
    • Research institutional investors, foundations, and family offices for future fundraising.




  • Finance:

    • Assist in preparing financial materials for Investment Committee submissions.
    • Assemble due diligence packages for sales, refinancing, and new construction loans.
    • Conduct real estate tax and comparable property sales research.
    • Assist with financial reporting to lenders.
    • Maintain various finance related databases.

  • Current student enrolled in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related degree program.
