What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You'll lead the post-sale process for Tesla's Level 3 charging products, including Supercharger and Semi-Charging, to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, and real estate owners.

You will drive post-execution success for a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla's industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, high-energy, and a detail-oriented approach. You'll be empowered to move fast, build strong relationships, and deliver meaningful results.


What You'll Do
  • Serve as primary point of contact post-sale for the Supercharger for Business Platform, managing a high volume of national accounts
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders and global brands by leading strategic meetings to uncover goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Tesla for Business solutions, manage objections, and achieve sales growth targets
  • Orchestrate efforts with engineering, legal, operations, and third-party partners by delivering a smooth and successful launch of the Supercharger for Business platform, ensuring clients receive optimal value from Tesla's solution
  • Manage and enforce project timelines to ensure adherence to binding purchase order forecasts
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline

What You'll Bring

    Expected Compensation
    • Associate Technical Construction Project Manager - $79,200 - $118,800/annual salary
    • Technical Construction Project Manager - $90,000 - $135,000/annual salary
    + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
