Wellesley MA Full time R0014150 The Campus Visit Coordinator is an integral member of the Undergraduate Admission Team. Specifically responsible for managing the front-facing customer service and campus visit experience for all audiences related to enrollment, including prospective students and families, school counselors, friends of the College and other visitors both in person and via phone and email; ensuring prospective students, parents, educators, school groups, community-based organizations, and other guests experience a seamless visit process from the point of inquiry to the time of departure from campus; ensuring that guests receive the most updated admission information to ultimately assist in students' application and matriculation to the College; and effectively managing the Admission reception area and its related resources and programming. The Campus Visit Coordinator liaises with peers across the College to provide updates from other departments and create a strong working partnership. WHAT YOU WILL DO
YOUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE In collaboration with other Admission staff, helps supervise student tour guides, summer workers, and admission fellows WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED Associate's Degree Must have at least 1-3 years related experience. Must have excellent customer-service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must embrace the philosophy of Entrepreneurial Thought & Action and use creativity and innovation in decision-making. Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google Suite. Ability to succeed in a customer-oriented, team-based, technology-intensive work environment. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a familiarity with accounting basics and related technology. Must have a commitment to a diverse working environment. Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions. HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK Some extended hours during pivotal times in the admission cycle (high school vacation weeks, summer). This position is onsite five days a week.
