Job Description A Sr Project Scheduler is responsible for overseeing and managing the scheduling activities within an organization. They work independently, directly partnering with the Project Managers to make sure projects are executed on time and in scope Responsibilities may include: * Developing and implementing scheduling policies, procedures, and best practices. * Managing and coordinating complex schedules for individuals, teams, contractors, or projects. * Analyzing scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. * Providing guidance and support to junior schedulers or assistants. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure that schedules are aligned with organizational goals and priorities. * Communicating schedule changes and updates to relevant parties. * Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to understand their scheduling needs and preferences. * Providing training and mentorship to junior schedulers or assistants. * Leading meetings and discussions related to scheduling activities. * Ensuring that schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations and policies. * Sr. Schedulers should have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills. They should also be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Top Skills Details MS Project OR P6 (Primavera 6). P6 is preferred, Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is a must-have. This individual is supporting Transmission and Distribution projects. Candidates who can engage with multiple stakeholders, self-start, and have experience working in PMO governance. Past utility experience in project controls is a plus Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
