Description Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical lead for our Clinical Device Management initiatives. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting solutions that combine Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The goal is to ensure compliance with Joint Commission regulations, HIPAA requirements, and other relevant healthcare regulations governing clinical asset lifecycles, maintenance, and documentation. This position requires expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and FSM, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in healthcare environments, clinical asset management, health technology management, and biomedical equipment workflows. Familiarity with mobile-first design and enterprise service management concepts is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead for the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Clinical Device Management solutions. Partner with clinical engineering, biomed, IT, and compliance teams to understand asset lifecycle requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Lead the integration of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules to manage clinical device inventory, maintenance schedules, work orders, and compliance reporting. Design and optimize mobile-friendly solutions to support field technicians and biomedical engineering teams. Ensure that solutions meet compliance requirements, including Joint Commission standards and HIPAA regulations, for clinical device documentation and lifecycle management. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, system configurations, and compliance-related artifacts. Collaborate with ServiceNow platform administrators and developers to ensure best practices in development, testing, deployment, and security. Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Clinical Device Management solutions. Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, FSM). Experience designing and deploying ServiceNow Mobile solutions. Familiarity with integrations between ServiceNow and Clinical Engineering/CMMS systems. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $150.00/hr.
