Our financial education client is seeking a NetSuite Consultant/Analyst to join their team for a fully remote contract role. This individual would be working on the finance team supporting various NetSuite enhancement projects. Responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts to define problems and pain points, gather requirements, scope level of effort, oversee testing, and implement solutions via Finance transformation projects. Enhance functionality with NetSuite-integrated 3rd party platforms such as Concur, Kyriba, and Contract Logix. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and operationalize NetSuite process improvement and enhancements targeting Source to Pay and Record to Report workstreams. Develop comprehensive documentation of platform changes and improvements, including operating procedures, system configurations, and integration mapping. Train end-users on process and functional changes and resolve user inquiries in a prompt manner. Top Skills Details* Business Analysis, NetSuite, Requirement gathering, integration, implementation, Jira, agile, concur, Kyriba, contract Logix Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have 2+ years experience implementing NetSuite transformation projects and enhancements as a business analyst or techno-functional consultant. Must have strong knowledge of NetSuite modules specific to Advanced Procurement, Advanced Expense Management, Bill Capture, Advanced Financials, and Electronic Bank Payments. Must have strong knowledge of NetSuite global capabilities with OneWorld, Multi-Book Accounting, and international subsidiaries. Remote position supporting US Eastern time working hours (coverage time 8:30-5PM ET). NetSuite integration experience with Concur, Kyriba, Contract Logix is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodology is a plus. Must have strong communication skills including clearly spoken and written English. Specifically, the ability to document and convey potentially complex requirements and technical solutions in an articulate, coherent, and digestible form for non-technical stakeholders. Must be detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work creatively in a team-oriented problem-solving environment. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
