General Position Summary

The Manager, CRM and Marketing Technologies, US Heme Business Unit will be part of the Patient Experience and Customer Operations (PECO) team within the US Heme Business unit, which supports patients, providers and caregivers in gene therapy treatments for sickle cell disease (SCD) and transfusion dependent thalassemia (TDT). The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the PECO team with the continuous improvement of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, the onboarding of Authorized Treatment Centers and their users into our digital systems, and supporting the marketing team's roadmap from a technological standpoint.

This position reports to the Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various commercial leads, such as Gene Therapy Account Managers, Apheresis & Infusion Specialists, Care Managers, Activation Leads, and Global Insights Analytics and Commercial Operations (GIACO) to manage data life cycle of customer account information.

  • Oversee the Authorized Treatment Center (ATC) and user provisioning process for the Vertex Connects Portal Order Management Portal.

  • Support the US Heme marketing team in the implementation of marketing technologies, such as websites, training materials, and customer communications.

  • Create and maintain the roadmap for the CRM with clear milestones and dependencies based on the overall vision.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and groom functional requirements, then communicate with technical teams to translate items into technical system requirements.

  • Work closely with the Data, Technology and Engineering team (DTE) to oversee end to end sprint management activities and ceremonies, and support DTE by addressing business related changes throughout the implementation process.

  • Partner with Commercial Training and Change Management teams to ensure necessary supporting materials are provided and training content is consistent with system functionality.

  • Act as bridge between Heme Commercial Teams and downstream application teams that require ingestion of key customer account data.

  • Ensure data completeness when provisioning external user, setting up hospital accounts and key affiliations between hospital stakeholders & accounts to enforce required data privacy

  • Perform ongoing data synchronization processes and analysis across several applications on defined cadence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years relevant experience in life sciences organization or healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of success with strong results and excellent customer relationship skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and facilitation skills

  • Proactive, Self-motivated, Independent worker

  • Passion for understanding emerging technologies with pragmatic insight into where those technologies can be integrated into business solutions

  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and communicate complex information clearly

  • Experience or functional knowledge of Veeva CRM or other CRM tools

  • Experience using ServiceNow preferred

  • MS Office Tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)

Pay Range:

$120,500 - $180,800

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
