General Position Summary The Associate Director of Patient Support & Engagement Analytics, US Heme Business Unit plays an important role in understanding and establishing key metrics and analytics required to run the business. As we grow the analytic function and the overall business, it's critical that we have a well-defined strategy and execution plan around what exact analytics will be required to successfully achieve our goals. This role will be in support of the entire US Heme business including Heme BU leadership, Account Management, Marketing and Patient Engagement Commercial Operations (PECO). Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Legal, Privacy and Compliance is critical for the success of this role. Partnership with our IT function is also critical to define which data are required to support the analytics determined above. Collaboration with our IT team to get the data into the right location and on a timely basis will be a key component to building the analytics competency within the business unit. This individual will deliver key reports and analyses as needed for both launch-related success metrics as well as ongoing metrics and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business strategy and key levers within each functional area of the business across US HEME BU and key cross-functional partners. Overarching technical skills involve performing advanced analytics, test and learn experimenting of new analytical or visualization dashboards/tools to ensure operational success. Pay Range: $157,800 - $236,700Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
