Every leader needs a partner they can rely upon. At RapidScale - part of Cox Business- we are looking for an astute and clear-sighted Executive Assistant to provide targeted organizational support to the RapidScale C-suite. In this mission-critical role, you'll work closely with the company's leadership team, their administrators, and the broader Raleigh-based team.You'll be counted on for your excellent (and seemingly effortless) interpersonal skills, strong judgment, creative problem solving and confident decision making. What You'll Do:
Qualifications: Ideally, you've already had some extensive experience working with senior executives and their counterparts and are comfortable with that kind of dynamic environment. Here are some of the other important qualities we're looking for:
USD 28.65 - 42.98 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $28.65 - $42.98/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. |
