JOIN THE TEAM COMMITTED TO DRIVING YOUR CAREER FORWARD Job Type: Part timeExempt/Non Exempt: Job Description: Part Time Trailing Document Analyst - The Auto Club Group What you will do: Assists supervisor/department with a variety of high level support functions that may include: contacting internal/external clients in response to inquiries, information gathering and problem identification and resolution. May serve as a liaison between Underwriting and Claim departments to assist the Claim staff with obtaining copies of key policy documents, declaration pages and amendments forms. Liaises between underwriting and claims legal, providing certified copies of policy documents as they prepare for trial. Provides support to the department by utilizing computer systems for input, audits, reconciliation, gathering statistical data, following scripts, generating reports, etc. Performs calculations for a variety of sources (i.e., reports, forms, audits, various, posting, refunds, reconciliations, etc.) to assist supervisors as required Develops and reviews a variety of reports and documents for accuracy and completeness. Contacts internal and/or external clients for information and/or to respond to telephone inquiries and issues. Serves as a team member on special projects, pilot programs, supports the training of employees and develops and implements new procedures and other related duties as requested by management. Provides recommendations to management regarding procedural revisions and follows up to support approved changes. Work Environment This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities.
