The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Patient Experience Coordinator contributes to continuous improvement efforts focused on driving performance excellence and positive patient experience outcomes. The Patient Experience Coordinator analyzes, interprets and integrates data on experience from various sources to identify trends, strengths and opportunities for improvement. The Patient Experience Coordinator communicates data and feedback to staff and management and assists in developing measurable action plans that support improvements in patient and family experiences. The Patient Experience Coordinator helps to reinforce shared accountability and support effective implementation of action plans, in collaboration with various departments. The Patient Experience Coordinator assists in receiving and documenting patient and family complaints and grievances. The Patient Experience Coordinator also supports employee recognition programs and projects that promote positive experience results.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • An enthusiasm to promote patient-centered care and service, using data to drive change
  • Proven writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse populations of team members to achieve results
  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years healthcare experience preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Working Shift: Monday - Friday
  • Day Shift
  • Part-Time, 20 Hours Per Week

Essential Functions:

  • Collect and analyze patient experience data
  • Assist management and staff in developing, implementing and monitoring action plans to improve and sustain patient experience metrics
