The Director of Strategy and Operations is a critical part of Salesforce's Data Cloud Product Marketing team. We are looking for a strategy, operations, and program management leader to drive integrated planning, operational excellence, and strategic project execution across the organization. This role connects the dots across all Data Cloud marketing functions and supports integrated planning, strategic initiatives, business operations, budget oversight, team culture, and communications. The Data Cloud Product Marketing team plays a critical role in positioning Salesforce as the leader in data and AI. We drive cross-cloud messaging, enablement, competitive positioning, and go-to-market execution. As Director of Strategy and Operations, you will help orchestrate this work behind the scenes-ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across a global team. In this dual role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Product Marketing and the leadership team, while also leading program and project management for the team's most critical strategic initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence through effective processes, disciplined execution, and strong team communications. To succeed in this role, you must bring a strategic mindset, program management expertise, operational discipline, technological curiosity, and strong communication skills. This includes deeply understanding the business and the team's priorities, identifying what matters most, and developing practical action plans that deliver results. A passion for technology and marketing will enable you to amplify the team's impact at the intersection of data, AI, and go-to-market strategy. Strong communication skills will be essential to keep the team engaged, build cross-functional alignment, and demonstrate Product Marketing's impact on Salesforce's growth. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. |
