What We Need:
We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager - Dealer Capability to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.
The Senior Learning and Development Manager - Dealer Capability will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of training initiatives and strategies in support of developing our dealer partner's capabilities. This role will provide leadership over the assigned team to successfully deliver and implement training topics aligned primarily aligned with the HON brand, products, and promotions.
What You Will Do:
- Develop brand and product learning strategies aligned with key stakeholders to develop best-in-class training programs and content, specifically support brand and product innovations.
- Continuously evaluate learning programs and content to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Create a collaboration with internal and external members enlisting feedback to manage and lead development of new learning programs, championing change management.
- Oversee the creation of live or online training content/programs to build expertise of HNI Workplace Furnishings brand and product offerings, promotions, and HNI as a company.
- Provide guidance and introduction to learning and education trends, content creation, and platforms while maintaining a high level of business and industry acumen.
- Build person expertise to support facilitation of training curriculums, facilitating live learning, including training sessions, webinars, and on-boarding events to drive and support intended business outcomes.
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or related field required.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- 7 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in learning and development or commercial furnishings.
