Lead a dynamic, professional culinary team in the beautiful Crossroads Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will collaborate with the culinary leadership team to develop and expertly prepare dishes and recipes. Work in a respectful and progressive environment that values what people bring to the team.

Lazia, XR, and Percheron - three venues inside the former Pabst-Pendergast building that is now the home of the Crossroads Hotel - are a true catalyst of the community yet a neighborhood favorite for locals. We seek inspiration and always look to inspire. To be built on service, attitude, and culture; not on ego. We are here to turn heads from outside the market and to build loyalists from within. We want locals to see us as an every-week favorite and the preferred locale for a special occasion.
