What You'll Do: * Be a trusted resource for policyholders, providing clear and accurate information about insurance products and policy status. * Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups (10-15%) for upsell opportunities and client support. * Assist with claim intake and guide customers through the process with empathy and professionalism. * Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to self-service tools. * Collaborate with the PFP sales team to drive revenue through strategic transfers. * Meet and exceed performance metrics including quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. * Represent our core values: Personal Connection, Empathy, Problem-Solving, and Ownership. What You Bring: * 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center. * Background in medical (e.g., BCBS, doctor's offices) or financial services is a plus. * Bilingual skills are highly valued. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. * A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth. * Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
