*Position Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable *Phone Support Specialist* to join our *Device Repair* team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality technical support for phone and laptop repairs, phone carriers, and manufacturers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
