Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Remodel Project Specialist is responsible for assisting with project management related to Remodels/Refresh and Roll Out projects as well as related special projects.This position oversees equipment planning, ordering, and scheduling, working with other departments and vendors/business partners, and sets up and leads project calls with other departments and Operations on remodels and equipment roll outs to ensure project deadlines are met.The Senior Remodel Project Specialist manages the Dashboard database for use by the Construction Team to track project schedules and costs.This position participates in a variety of special projects to enhance the efficiency of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees equipment ordering, planning, and scheduling for all Remodel/Refresh projects, working closely with various departments and vendors/business partners, etc.Works with vendors on project logistics (e.g. shipping times for equipment, etc.).
  • Convenes and leads project communications calls with Operations and other departments concerning store closing and re-opening, etc. to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Manages the Dashboard database for use by the Construction Team to track project schedules and costs. Ensures all construction and vendor information is up-to-date, in compliance, and available to all construction project team members..
  • Performs a variety of special projects as requested by Restaurant Development Directors and initiates programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the department.
  • Assists with store reconstruction projects after natural disasters.Oversees schedule, costs, and vendors as well as project communications.
  • Creates procedural training guides from improved department processes and procedures and monitors their effectiveness.Helps with training others in enhanced, more efficient processes.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with course work in business and accounting
  • Minimum five years of construction/facilities-related experience
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000-$126,000

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
