Job Summary- General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider of ordnance weapons and tactical systems to the U.S. Department of Defense and allied nations, has an opening for a MCA Operator (Production Operator) to join our Marion, IL team. Summary: This is an entry level position for production; Marion is a LAP Facility - Load, Assemble and Pack. The ability to maintain a constant, quick, pace on an assembly line is required. Visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in a finished, assembled, part. Responsibilities- Responsibilities:

Pay Range (USD) $56,014 - 62,254 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.
