Summary of the Job:

The Performance Marketing Team at FNBO transforms strategic marketing plans into actionable, channel-specific creative campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role serves as the creative execution leader across acquisition via Direct Mail, ensuring all marketing materials maintain brand consistency, including innovative solutions and efficiency, while adhering to compliance standards.

About This Role:

Strategic Creative Activation

  • Translate strategic plans into effective, Direct Mail creative campaigns that drive desired consumer behaviors and conversion outcomes.

Direct Mail Channel Expertise & Insight

  • Maintain deep knowledge of creative best practices in the Direct Mail channel, leveraging marketplace trends and performance insights to optimize content and create efficiency.

Creative Development & Accountability

  • Own the end-to-end creative process-from brief creation and positioning to channel performance analysis, messaging strategy, and CTA development-with accountability for achieving channel KPIs.

Creative Execution & Compliance

  • Oversee production of campaign assets, ensuring all creative is production-ready and adheres to brand, production and compliance standards.

Channel Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and refine engagement strategies that maximize performance within the Direct Mail marketing channel.

Research & Innovation

  • Drive research initiatives to inform creative strategy, identify new opportunities, and enhance performance marketing effectiveness.

Channel Expertise:

  • Brings the strategic plan to life through creative activation in the Direct Mail channel

  • Serves as a robust Direct Mail channel expert in creative development and channel strategy

  • Deeply understands Direct Mail creative drivers, channel best practices, creative marketplace trends & insights

  • Develops creative, positioning, channel performance, RTBs (Reason to Believe), CTAs, and is accountable for channel conversion and forecasting

  • Continuously optimizes marketing spend based on attribution models and business outcomes

  • Owns brand strategy, identity, and positioning across all touchpoints

  • Ensures consistency in messaging and visual identity across channels

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Key Skills:

  • Strategic Creative Translation - Ability to transform marketing strategies into compelling, results-driven creative campaigns that drive target customer behaviors
  • Creative Direction & Execution - Expertise in leading the creative development process from concept to delivery across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency
  • Messaging Strategy & CTA Optimization - Skill in crafting persuasive messaging frameworks and calls-to-action that effectively convert prospects
  • Cross-Functional Relationships - Capability to collaborate across departments, manage creative resources, and align stakeholders around creative vision
  • Financial Marketing Compliance - Understanding of banking industry regulations and ability to create compliant marketing materials without sacrificing effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated history of driving measurable and scaling growth through Direct Mail channels.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing/PR campaigns that lead to measurable results.
  • Experience working with executives and senior leaders, advising on brand management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Desired:

  • Experience working in consumer lending, financial services, or related industries is a strong advantage.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
