What You'll Do:



  • Responsible for the overall management of the Geomatics survey vertical at the Stewart Wilmington office; to include oversight of projects, client development/retention, financial success/profitability, personnel, and general administrative management.
  • Work directly with the client to ensure scope and deadlines are met.
  • Oversees quality assurance/quality control programs throughout all levels of the team.
  • Directly supervise assigned team staff and assist practice leader in hiring, training, mentoring, utilization, development of, and assignment of projects to your team staff.
  • Develop new clients, business leads and new business plan alternatives as required to ensure success of team.



What We're Looking For:



  • 15 plus years of Technical Experience in Survey
  • Professional Land Survey License (PLS)
  • Advanced skills in the operation of Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Station, to include Trimble Field Software.
  • Advanced skills in the operation of AutoCAD Civil3D 2020.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Ability to build high performing teams - Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride, and trust.
