RECEPTIONIST

We are hiring a Receptionist (part-time) at our Roseburg, OR operation. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, vendors and employees who call or visit our office. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, positive individual who will fit well with our team.

• Wage: $20.00- $22.00 per hour
• Benefits: OR Paid Sick Time only
• Hours: 10:00 - 3:00 Monday - Friday

Major Job Responsibilities will include:

• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Provide high-level administrative support for management team and professional staff.
• Help plan and manage company events.
• Track and order office supplies
• Ability to work extra hours (up to 40 hours) to cover vacations for other team members.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment. Prior experience with aggregate materials company is preferred.
• Proficient operating a personal computer with various Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be a positive, outgoing, helpful individual who can get along with co-workers and take direction.
• Must be organized with an attention to detail.
• Must be reliable.
