Coke Florida is searching for a Senior Director, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Customer & Commercial Facing Technology based out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday - Friday.



What You Will Do:
A Senior Director of CPG Customer and Commercial-Facing Technology is responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of technology solutions to optimize the company's Customer & Commercial Technology operations and empowering our sales force to achieve commercial success. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level software, integrating various systems, and driving continuous improvement in marketing and sales processes through technology. This involves leading a team, partnering with various departments, and leveraging technology to enhance sales operations, improve reporting, and optimizing sales execution. The Senior Director also manages teams, budgets, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap/strategy that aligns business objectives. This includes identifying, evaluating, and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, sales automation tools, digital storefronts/eCommerce, and sales data analytics solutions, ensuring their seamless integration.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of sales technology.
  • Design and execute adoption programs and leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales productivity and revenue growth.
  • Analyze and streamline sales processes and implement the best practices with the goals of improving sales productivity and key measurable sales outcomes.
  • In partnership with Sales leadership, establish KPIs and performance metrics
  • Generate reports and dashboards for insights and monitor market trends.
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for implementing and supporting sales technology, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, data-driven culture, and attract, train, and retain talent.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level application software, including Forecast to Order, Market & Category Planning, Marketing, Sales & Customer Relationship Management, and Merchandising & Compliance systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software processes and methodologies, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, supply chain and logistics, enterprise data, and infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in CPG sales, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.



For this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science) is required, with a master's degree preferred
  • 10+years of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
  • Proven experience of leading and managing high functioning technology teams that include customer-facing sales systems, performance management, mentoring and development
  • Previous experience with digital transformation within sales
  • Strong Understanding of CPG Customer and Commercial Sales Processes
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Route-To-Market (RTM), Marketing, and Data/Sales Insights solutions and software
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Contact Center, RetailEx, FSL), and other payment systems and solutions
  • Previous experience leading technology implementations
  • Previous experience with AI-Driven Sales Analytics
  • Previous project management experience to include implementations of new software, planning, execution and risk management
