City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas. The successful candidate: *12 shifts per month-- 7:00AM-7:30PM. Must have Emergency Room Provider experience! Will hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.* The Evaluation and Treatment Center APP provides advanced clinical care to patients in the Evaluation and Treatment Center (ETC), a high-acuity, adaptable unit, treating acute, urgent needs of City of Hope patients. The APP collaborates with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across all levels of care, including those requiring ICU-level interventions. The ETCNP serves as a provider, a leader, and a role model for professional development of peers and others. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum 1 years experience. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program OR Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) Licensure: Licensed/certified and eligible to practice as Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona OR Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Arizona For Nurse Practitioner: Certification as ACNP or AGACNP or ENP-C Certification: American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS Salary Range: Min: $136,660.00 Mid: $180,800.00 Max: $225,000.00 City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
