About the Team: FIS' Client Office is seeking a high-caliber, resilience-minded Global Incident Management (GIM) Specialist who enjoys making a difference in a high-growth company. This individual will thrive in a high-visibility role while driving resolution of global incidents, including man-made and natural disasters, as well as technology, cyber, and privacy incidents. About the role: Our individual contributor will play a key role in helping further design, build, and execute FIS' Global Incident Management program to help the company adequately prepare, mitigate, and respond to business-disrupting events in all areas of the world where we operate. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional executive presence, outstanding executive communication skills, and exemplary writing abilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, while delivering clear and impactful written communications. The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships across all lines of business and various corporate functions (corporate communications, technology, regulatory) to help guide the effective implementation of the program in a risk-based and practical way.
