Description
The Financial Business Partner will work directly with operational leaders to connect financial performance with business outcomes across Lifespark's Home Health, Hospice, Community Home Care, and Senior Living businesses. Success in this role requires strong technical analysis and a practical understanding of how the business operates, translating data into actionable insights that equip leaders with the tools to drive results. Core responsibilities include reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with additional involvement evaluating new opportunities, supporting growth initiatives, and contributing to strategic projects. The role offers regular visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both financial and operational performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position: Financial Business Partner Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Lifespark Corporate Office, St. Louis Park 55416 **Applicant must live in Minnesota. Although this is a remote role, 1-2 days per month in-office required (for monthly financial meetings, etc. as well as additional in-person work may be required on an ad-hoc basis).
