POSITION SUMMARY:



  • The Pricing Administrator reports to the Purchasing Manager
  • Located in Landover, MD
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid



We are looking for a Pricing Administrator to join our team and support our pricing and contract administration activities. You will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the purchasing and sales teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance of pricing data and contracts



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Create and maintain pricing databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Process and validate price changes, discounts, rebates, promotions and other pricing adjustments.
  • Review and monitor contract performance, terms and conditions, renewals and modifications.
  • Provide reports on vendor contracts.
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc Procurement reporting.
  • Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain pricing administration SOPs..


COMPETENCIES:



  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Aptitude for using analytical tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling inventory data, tracking shipments, and conducting analyses.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic supply chain environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in supply chain processes.
  • Willingness to propose innovative solutions.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



  • 0 - 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced supply chain professionals.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.


In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
