WHAT TO EXPECT

The Entry-Level Warehouse Supervisor plays an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly. This position supports the daily flow of materials and products-making sure everything is received, stored, and shipped out on time. As a supervisor, you'll guide and support your team, helping them work safely, efficiently, and with a focus on quality. You'll also be involved in shipping and receiving activities, keeping inventory accurate, and ensuring our policies are followed. Just as importantly, you'll help build a positive team culture where everyone is encouraged to improve and grow. This role works closely with other departments to achieve our goals and make sure customer needs are met on time.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Provide daily direction to warehouse employees engaged in shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stocking, picking, packing, and palletizing finished products to ensure efficient operations and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to promote alignment and consistency with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee performance, productivity, attendance, quality, housekeeping, and personal accountability.
  • Address performance issues, recognize achievements, and provide coaching as needed.
  • Administer policies and work practices fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on process improvement and waste reduction.
  • Empower and encourage employees to evaluate and improve daily processes.
  • Foster and maintain a safety-driven culture.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, enforce safe work practices, and hold employees accountable for safety violations.
  • Investigate safety-related incidents and violations promptly.

ABOUT YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently required
  • Previous Lead and Supervisor experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites primarily Excel and Access
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
