Staffmark is hiring a Production Line Operator for a leading company specializing in high-quality pre-engineered metal buildings. This temp-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and career advancement.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift Details:



  • Primary Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
  • Training: Weekday shift, Monday-Friday



Responsibilities:



  • Operate the production line efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
  • Meet production goals and deadlines
  • Assist in assigning tasks to Purlin Line Helpers
  • Communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity



Qualifications:



  • 1-2+ years of consistent work history
  • 2+ years of machine operator experience (CNC or similar preferred)
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-100 lbs
