We're hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Watertown, WI, for this dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Schedules Available: 1st Shift ($19 per hour) or 3rd Shift ($21 per hour) Key Responsibilities: Perform routine production tasks including labeling, filling containers, assembling, capping/welding, and palletizing finished goods. Support production by lifting and packaging products, adding inserts or accessories, and preparing items for final shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following supervisor instructions and safety guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times per shift. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic math ability and technical aptitude to perform job tasks effectively.
