Internship, Training Coordinator, North America Service Training Programs (Winter/Spring 2026)

This position is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or continuing into Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

The Coordination Intern is a key member of the field training team, dedicated to supporting operational efficiency and fostering a culture of excellence within training programs across North America. This role focuses on assisting with coordination tasks, enhancing processes, and maintaining essential resources for Regional Field Trainers. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and embody a culture of innovation and sustainability in every interaction while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of field training initiatives.

Can work in any of the following locations - Clermont (Florida) Training Center, Vila Park (Illinois) Training Center, or Tempe Arizona.

• Coordination Support:Assist with tracking and managing training activities to ensure smooth execution and documentation
• Onboarding Assistance:Support the onboarding process for Regional Field Trainers to facilitate effective integration
• Data Management:Help streamline data and resources into accessible formats or tools for improved usability
• Resource Development:Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials and communication tools
• Communication Support:Assist in developing automated systems for training-related notifications and reminders
• Scheduling Oversight:Support the organization and maintenance of training schedules and calendars
• Platform Maintenance:Help maintain digital platforms and repositories to ensure resources are up-to-date and accessible

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with using MS Office tools or digital platforms, like Forms, Power Automate, and Power Bi for data tracking and resource management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ready to innovate and participate in change management
