In addition, this role will be positioned to support targeted growth related to Inpatient Rehabilitation and TRP expansion and integration of IRF staff.
Job Description: Oversees regulatory quality, accreditation, and clinical quality efforts across applicable programs. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable quality and cost-of-care measures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Supports data analysis, validation, and project management activities to enhance clinical quality, optimize measurement strategies, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborates with physicians, clinicians, operational leaders and other stakeholders to design and implement effective structures, processes, and outcomes.

Pay Range Pay Range: $40.37 to $55.85 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
