Digital Technology Intern

The Role:

Kao is looking for a creative Video Creation & Training Content Intern to join our DX Solutions team in Cincinnati. You will bring technical concepts to life through clear, compelling visual content. You will also optimize content and train AI Chatbots to deliver the content to business professionals across the globe. You'll translate technology concepts into engaging how-to short videos and longer training modules using Adobe Premiere Elements and Synthesia. You'll collaborate with seasoned IT professionals and business functions to bring

What you will do:

• Create short, engaging video tutorials and longer training sessions.
• Use Adobe Premiere Elements to edit and refine content.
• Leverage Synthesia to generate professional, AI-powered video explainers.
• Learn about and build content in new and emerging technologies, like AI.
• Work with a team of international technology experts to break down complex concepts into simple, accessible learning content.
• Collaborate with business teams to align training with real-world needs.
• Follow a repeatable process for AI driven video production while staying creative and innovative.

What you will need:

• Currently pursue a Bachelor's or Master's Degree required
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• A process-driven thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Creative, curious, and ability to learn new technologies.
• A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
• Energetic, positive, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Elements preferred).
• Interest in technology, communication, or training development.
• Self-organized working style.
• Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric skills are a plus but not required.

A reasonable pay range for this role is $16/hr. - $20/hr.
