Via Fill Operator- 2^nd Shift

Job Purpose:

We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in the EpoxyViaFilldepartment.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

The candidate will be working with Peters, Tayio and San Ei epoxies and must be able to follow vendor recommendation for baking epoxy. May be taping and preparing panels forviafillprocess. Candidate should also be able to planerize product. Job will also include driving company vehicle for pick up and delivery to customers, vendors, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in PCB industry.
• Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
• Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business necessity.
• Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
• Must have good communications skills.

Salary Range (annual): $43097.00 - $47,840.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
