Torch Technologies is seeking an Operations Analyst to support senior executives in managing and coordinating a large Program Management Office, focusing on acquisition strategy, program planning, and stakeholder management. As an Operations Analyst, your duties will include the following but not limited to: Support senior leadership with program planning, execution, and evaluation Draft and edit policy documents, reports, and executive communications Coordinate schedules, meetings, and action items across internal and external stakeholders Analyze technical data to provide recommendations and develop acquisition plans Assist in design reviews, milestone planning, and program strategy development Manage taskings, directives, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Develop and maintain program documentation and briefing materials Job Requirements U.S. Citizenship Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry, Combat Engineer or Special Operations officer, warrant officer, or NCO with experience leading a team, squad, platoon or company. Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst. Active Security Clearance Strong technical and acquisition background (Aviation Systems preferred) Ability to interpret and communicate leadership guidance on program execution and planning Experience compiling data, drafting policy documents, and managing executive taskings Proven ability to coordinate schedules, lead meetings, and track action items Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Army's Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Bachelor's degree + 10 years of professional experience Schedule:M-F; 8-5 Work Location:Huntsville, AL.
