Torch Technologies is seeking a motivated Electronics Production Control Planner to support prototyping and low-volume manufacturing efforts across commercial, aerospace, and defense systems. This role will work closely with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to develop and implement production processes, manage resources, and ensure efficient flow of materials from planning through delivery.

As an Electronics Production Control Planner your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement production processes for prototyping and low-volume manufacturing.

  • Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) from technical drawings or CAD models.

  • Perform technical estimating and resource scheduling.

  • Plan and control the flow of materials, manufacturing methods, and process optimization.

  • Support quality control and compliance in an AS9100 environment.

  • Maintain documentation and process control using ERP/MES software.

  • Communicate effectively across engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2 + years production planning experience, including a working knowledge of manufacturing activities, including purchasing, materials, production processes and engineering.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of production planning and quality control in an AS9100 environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

  • Experience estimating manufacturing projects and developing process plans.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint.

  • Inventory management experience.

  • Familiarity with MES systems (e.g., ECI M1 or similar).

  • Project management and project planning experience.
