Torch Technologies is seeking an Aerospace Engineer to design, develop, and test aerospace systems, including aircraft, missile, and launcher subsystems. This role provides technical oversight for system requirements, testing, and risk management, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions. As an Aerospace Engineer your duties will include, but are not limited to: Design, develop, and test missile and launcher systems & subsystems and their training assets. Integrate missile and launcher systems and subsystems on various aviation and ground platforms. Provide technical oversight for program and system requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and manage interface documentation. Lead or support testing activities and technical evaluations of contractor proposals. Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies. Job Requirements U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience. 5 years related aerospace engineering experience. Active DoD secret clearance. Experience with US Army missile and Launcher systems and test sets. Experience in aerospace systems design, testing, or program engineering. Knowledge of propulsion, structures, and guidance/control systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work across teams and with multiple stakeholders.
