Where you'll be working In this hybrid role you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. Must Have Skills - Bachelors degree or at least three years of work experience. - Four or more years of relevant work experience. - Excel and Google Suite Sheets Slides. - Organization. Even better if you have: - Experience in using FUZE including SPM Real Estate Module PO Module Unefi and Qlik. - Well-versed in Excel and creating visual charts/diagrams. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities. - Site Acquisition experience. *Skills* site development, site acquisition, construction management, wireless, telecom, real estate, permitting, cell site, coax, construction, acquisitions, project management, site construction, project coordination, fiber optic, osp, telecommunication Role: In this role as a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Macro New Build Program from project initiation through Real Estate Complete REC in the Northern CA/NV market. You will coordinate internal team members and external vendors to ensure milestone delivery. You will measure project/vendor performance using tools dashboards and trackers. You will be asked to track and report forecasts regularly to ensure the completion of short and long-term goals while identifying risks to management. You will attend and host meetings amongst various cross functional teams to ensure each are driving to their respective deliverables. You will be responsible for presenting program progress including progress of high priority projects to leadership in a clear and effective fashion. The successful candidate will be able to keep up with a fast paced environment build and foster relationships with internal teams and peers compile and interpret data to support leadership and organization decision making providing guidance and support to market teams providing KPIs for dashboarding and ensuring regular cadence of updates and accuracy take initiative in presenting areas for process improvement to management and support the implementation of process improvements. Description of work to be performed: - Vendor and Data Management o Analyze real estate milestone durations and drive improvement where they be me needed. o Create and publish monthly vendor scorecards. o Interpret monthly scorecards to drive progress make recommendations to your supervisor based on scorecards o Assist with vendor assignments and reviewing external vendor loads regularly - Preparing Presentations and Conducting Read-Outs to management on status of o Plan of Record POR o Super Bowl o State ROOT - Communicate progress with leaders internal team and external vendors through dashboards and reports. - Interface with RF and Construction groups. - Attend regular calls with utility providers PGE SCE - Hosting regular stakeholder meetings to help drive KPI goals track progress and remove obstacles o Leading monthly calls for the Real Estate team to review lease rent commencements to ensure compliance. o Leading weekly Utility/power call - Support with gathering and compiling finance data for management review - Complete CPUC submissions - Maintain Power Contract inbox - Reviewing and approving Real Estate Complete REC Memos for release Specified productivity speed/number of tasks/amount of material: Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years Time frame for completion: 130 week contract *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
