We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing case data through CMS portals, verifying eligibility, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process. You'll play a key part in supporting our Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) team, created in response to the No Surprises Act, by preparing and organizing medical records for review. Key Responsibilities: * Access and process cases through CMS portals and internal databases * Review documentation for eligibility and completeness * Prepare, enter, and track data with a high level of accuracy * Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email * Retrieve and upload medical records from external client systems * Ensure all required information is present and properly documented in medical records * Assign completed records to clinical reviewers for evaluation of treatment or diagnosis * Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards * Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support Required Skills & Experience: * Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and general computer literacy * Familiarity with medical records, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology * Experience with CMS systems, Salesforce CRM, and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Additional Requirements: * Must have a reliable internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace * High school diploma or equivalent required * Must be dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
