Job Title: Coding Supervisor - General Surgery (Remote) Location: Remote (Eligible States: TX, OK, AL, MO, GA, FL) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST (Flexible start time: 7, 8, or 9 AM) PTO Policy: No time off permitted during first 90 days or during month-end close (last 2 days and 1st day of each month) Required Qualifications: * Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - Required * 5+ years of oncology surgery coding experience * Previous supervisory experience in coding operations * Strong coding knowledge and accuracy Job Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day coding operations for surgical practices * Oversee and monitor productivity, quality, and lag for surgery coders * Act as a point of escalation between coders and physicians * Review and code complex operative procedures * Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations Preferred Skills: * Additional coding certifications * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Confidence in decision-making and leadership * Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.50 - $35.50/hr.
