Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting Coordinator and help shape the future of talent acquisition! What You'll Do * Coordinate and schedule interviews across phone, Zoom, and onsite formats. * Manage full-cycle recruitment-from intake to offer-partnering closely with hiring managers. * Proactively source top talent through job boards, networks, direct outreach, and community channels. * Maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports in our applicant tracking system (ATS). * Deliver inclusive training for hiring managers on interviewing skills, bias mitigation, and candidate experience. * Champion equitable hiring practices and a best-in-class candidate journey. * Support intern and early-career recruitment initiatives and build strong community partnerships. * Represent our organization at job fairs, networking events, and outreach programs. * Identify and implement process improvements to empower hiring teams and internal applicants. * Collaborate across HR functions to align recruitment with broader organizational goals. * Build and maintain our recruiting presence on social media. What You Bring * 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR in corporate, agency, or high-volume settings. * Proven ability to source and engage diverse talent pools using Boolean search, networking, and outreach. * Skilled in structured interviews and candidate evaluation aligned with company values. * Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and equitable decision-making. * Proficiency with ATS platforms and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication skills and experience advising hiring managers. * Experience representing organizations at career fairs and community events. * Ability to deliver impactful training on interviewing and bias mitigation. * High attention to detail and compliance with employment laws and reporting standards. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
